Bob Wilson, who worked on the jacks was relentless and in constant communication...He tested and re-tested the operation to insure our safety...Bob placed my husband behind the wheel and had him perform the operation of the jacks 2 or 3 times...very patient.
Jim Baker was very thorough at explaining in details the function and operation of all the electronic equipment and appliances...went over and above the call of duty. He was very patient, concerned for our comfort, knowledgeable, courteous and best of all very friendly and easy to talk to.
Shane Doyle is quite knowledgeable...he was very pleasant and made us feel comfortable and welcome.
