Shane Doyle is quite knowledgeable...he was very pleasant and made us feel comfortable and welcome.
Eggs are cheaper in the country and so are cars, trucks, motorhomes and trailers.

Tim Cooke, We heard so many good things about you from your crew as they were busy working on the unit we had purchased...It goes without saying that our experience with your service crew is tops on our list...Keep up the good work!
In April 2013, we purchased a RV from Guaranty. We were so excited and proud to have such a wonderful vehicle to start planning our retirement and future trips.
When we went to register the vehicle in California we had some issues with our DMV (California). Kendra Mervine was so patient, but very diligent in resolving the issues with the DMV. She kept us informed at every step of the process which took a total of 4 trips to the DMV. Receiving her customer service in a time when a lot of the time all you hear is “it is not my job”. Her customer service was outstanding. Her patience was phenomenal especially as she was dealing with a very frustrated customer, me and my husband.
Kendra is definitely an asset to Guaranty. I just wanted to let you know that even at our most frustrated times she was there to re-assure us that Guaranty was there to work with us and we were not alone in dealing with the DMV.
In the future I will recommend Guaranty to our friends. While all of the staff is wonderful, Kendra took the extra time and effort to keep the customer satisfied and happy.
